COVID 19 – STATUS UPDATE

23/03/2020 @ 22:00

ALL COURIER SERVICES ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING AS PLANNED WITH VERY SLIGHT DELAYS.

PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH YOUR COURIER WHEN HE/SHE DELIVERS.

Now, more than ever, we’re in this together. Boris Johnson has locked us down but excluded all online ordering companies. This means a strain on the courier systems as well as our heroic staff in the NHS.

While I don’t have a crystal ball as to what tomorrow will bring I can assure you as of today we are doing all we can to minimise delays whilst keeping ourselves and our employees safe.

The Couriers are still collecting from us, although its a little slower than normal so please add a day of delays to the order process. This may not be the case but we are asking you to be patient with us whilst we do our very best to get your order to you as fast as we possibly can.

We are sending all parcels on a 24 hour delivery service, however the couriers are becoming inundated as the whole country turns to home delivery, so please be a little patient if your parcel doesn’t arrive within 24 hours, it will get to you and will get to you soon.

We have transferred our office phones to our home address and the office is running on limited phone lines for this reason. We have allowed all staff that need not be here to stay at home. Our warehouse is single manned, so as there is no chance of contamination to my staff. All that said we are still running like a well oiled machine and parcels are arriving promptly.

As of today we are still operating as normal, however please be a little patient with us if you cannot get through. If you’re ringing to ask when your delivery will be, the answer is within approximately 72 hours of ordering. Please see below before calling us to ask for delivery time scales.

Orders Placed Between Monday from 12 Noon – Thursday 1pm should be received by Friday

Orders Placed Between Thursday 1pm – Monday 11.59am should be received by Wednesday.

Ultimately @staysafe @stayathome and we will get your order to you as fast as the current situation allows us to, which will still be in a timely manner.
